1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused and in its original, sellable condition.
- No signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- All original packaging, tags, inserts, and protective materials must be intact.
- A return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
- Earrings for hygiene reasons (unless defective).
- Products showing evidence of use, assembly, modification, or customer-induced damage.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Items with broken seals or removed authenticity tags.
2. Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Your original order number.
- Product name and quantity.
- Detailed reason for the return.
- Clear photos of the item(s) in question.
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Upon approval, you will receive an email containing:
- A unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Our designated return facility address.
- Detailed repackaging and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Securely repackage all items using the original materials.
- Include the completed return form (emailed to you) inside the box.
- Ship the package to the provided address. We strongly recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service.
- Retain your shipping receipt and tracking number for your records.
3. Refund Processing
Inspection Period: We will inspect the returned item(s) within 2-3 business days of receipt at our facility.
Notification: You will receive an email notification once your return is approved.
Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for the following reasons only:
- Manufacturing defects.
- Damage incurred during shipping.
- Incorrect item fulfillment (we sent the wrong product).

5. Shipping Guidelines for Returns
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of our error.
- Use only the return address provided in your authorization email. Packages sent to our corporate office address cannot be processed.
- For international returns, please mark the customs declaration as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional duties.
6. Sale Items Conditions
- Regular-priced items: Eligible for a full refund as per the policy above.
- Final sale items: Clearly marked and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- Non-final sale discount items: May be eligible for store credit at our discretion, provided all standard return conditions are met.
7. Problem Resolution for Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report Immediately: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for issues of damage or incorrect items.
Documentation: Provide comprehensive photos/video of the product and all packaging.
Solution: We will cover all return shipping costs and expedite a replacement. A full refund is also available upon request.
