  • Security Verification: For transaction safety, some orders may undergo additional verification, which could add 1-2 business days to processing. We will notify you promptly if required.
  • Order Changes & Cancellations: To modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at 1328878647@qq.com. Changes can only be accommodated before your order enters the final packaging stage.

4. Shipment Tracking & Delivery

  • Delivery Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the address provided. For international shipments, we recommend ensuring the recipient is available to assist with any customs procedures.
  • Failed Deliveries: Packages returned due to an incorrect/insufficient address or recipient unavailability will require a reshipping fee to be sent again. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

5. Issue Resolution

  • Damaged Items: We use protective packaging for your delicate jewelry. If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging for prompt assistance.
